Terms & Conditions — Taj777 Platform User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Taj777 platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, all associated services, games, promotions and content ("Platform"). The Platform is operated by Taj777 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

Taj777 is an English-language online gaming information and wagering platform designed to serve users in Pakistan. The Platform offers access to sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 tournaments, football and esports — as well as live casino games, slots, table games and related entertainment content. All financial amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and Taj777. By completing account registration, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

Your access to and use of the Taj777 Platform is conditional on your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. Acceptance occurs automatically upon the earliest of the following events:

• Completing the account registration process and checking the confirmation box;
• Making a deposit to your Taj777 account;
• Placing any wager or initiating any game session through the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must not register an account, access the Platform or use any of its services. Continued use of the Platform following any notified amendments to this Agreement constitutes renewed acceptance of the updated terms.

4.1 Age Requirements

Registration on and use of the Taj777 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's license jurisdiction. This restriction applies regardless of local conventions. Users who are under the applicable age minimum are strictly prohibited from creating an account, depositing funds or placing wagers.

Taj777 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage. Where a User is found to be underage, the account will be immediately closed, all pending transactions will be cancelled and any remaining balance will be returned to the depositing payment source subject to verification of identity and payment method ownership.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Users are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering or using the Platform. Taj777 does not represent that its services are available or legal in all locations. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited should not use this Platform.

The Platform is accessible to users in Pakistan on the understanding that each user accepts full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Taj777 expressly disclaims any responsibility for a user's choice to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access may be restricted or prohibited.

4.3 Other Eligibility Conditions

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to register or hold an active account on Taj777:

• Employees, contractors or agents of Taj777 or its affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such persons;
• Individuals who have previously been excluded from the Platform through the self-exclusion process;
• Individuals who have previously had an account closed for breach of these Terms;
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual (nominee accounts are prohibited);
• Legal entities, corporations or other non-natural persons.

5.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on Taj777, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must also select a secure password for your account.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any details that change. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.2 One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Taj777 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Taj777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any related wagers and withhold or reclaim any bonus funds.

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. Taj777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Taj777 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Methods available to Pakistani users may include bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services including Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast-linked transfers. All amounts are processed in PKR.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed. Taj777 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are specified in the cashier section. Taj777 is not responsible for transaction fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider. Processing times may vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.

6.3 Currency

All account balances, deposit amounts and withdrawals are processed and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit originates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction; Taj777 does not guarantee a specific exchange rate.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name and that match your verified Taj777 account identity. Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. Taj777 reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawals pending the completion of identity verification or where a compliance review is underway.

7.2 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal, navigate to the cashier section of your account, select the withdrawal option, choose your preferred payout method, enter the required details and confirm the request. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period, as specified in the cashier.

Taj777 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its internal processing schedule. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary based on payment method, verification status and volume of requests. 7.3 Bonus-Related Restrictions

Where Bonus Funds are active on your account, withdrawal of Real Money Funds may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering conditions may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, Taj777 may offer promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses and cricket/PSL-specific promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the promotions page at the time the offer is active.

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x the bonus amount). Eligible games and their contribution percentages towards wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Games such as live casino, certain table games or sports betting markets may carry a reduced contribution percentage or be excluded from wagering requirement calculations altogether. Users are responsible for reviewing contribution rates before selecting games to clear a bonus.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Taj777 monitors all bonus activity for evidence of abuse, exploitation or collusion. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets across accounts, placing low-risk wagers designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or participating in any arrangement to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, Taj777 reserves the right to void affected bonuses and winnings and to close associated accounts.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry period from the date of issuance, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress that remain uncompleted at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

By accessing the Taj777 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following Prohibited Conduct:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any other stage;
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a fictitious one;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions to gain undue advantage — any winnings derived from such activity will be voided;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing or other illicit purpose;
• Submitting falsified, altered or forged KYC documents;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users;
• Attempting to access the Platform in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting Platform content without written authorisation.

All content on the Taj777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software code and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of Taj777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Taj777.

Game content accessible through the Platform may be owned and licensed by third-party game providers. Use of such content is further governed by the terms of those providers. Taj777 makes no representations regarding ownership of third-party game intellectual property.

11.1 Platform Availability

Taj777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, free from technical interruptions or compatible with all devices and network configurations. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

11.2 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

11.3 Exclusion of Liability

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.4 Third-Party Content

The Platform may reference third-party payment services (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) or sports entities (such as the PSL or ICC) for informational context. Taj777 is not responsible for the acts, omissions or policies of any third party, and such references do not constitute endorsement or partnership.

12.1 By Taj777

Taj777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the user has breached these Terms and Conditions; the account is associated with fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity; the user has provided false information; a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or the account presents an unacceptable risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds will be restricted during that period. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, access to genuine Real Money Funds will be restored.

12.2 By the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting Taj777 support via live chat or the email address provided in the Contact Us section. Account closure requests made for responsible gambling reasons — such as self-exclusion — will be processed as a priority. Please specify the reason for closure to ensure it is handled appropriately.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Taj777 holds its operating license. Taj777 does not represent that any particular jurisdiction's law governs this Agreement for users in Pakistan — users in Pakistan operate at their own legal risk.

In the event of a dispute between you and Taj777, we encourage you to first contact our support team in order to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in the operator's license jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Taj777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through one or more of the following channels: a notification upon login, a banner on the Platform, or an email to the registered address on the account.

Amendments take effect from the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.
